On this screen, you enter your search terms, specify whether to open the results in a new tab or not, and choose which search engine you’d like to use. Instead, you tap a magnifying glass to open the Searching screen.

ICab Mobile’s search feature is different than most other browsers-there’s no dedicated search box in the URL bar. (When the browser restarts, it will attempt to reload the opened tabs most of the time, this worked well for me, though iCab Mobile occasionally lost a few open tabs.) So be careful with this feature, as it’s easy to open too many background tabs. This isn’t a crash per se, but it looks like one to the user. If you run out of memory, the iPhone OS will summarily quit the program.
